Mossberg 590

Buy Mossberg 590 which is a prolific family of 12–gauge, 20-gauge and .410–gauge pump-action guns that derive from the earlier Mossberg 500 series launched in 1960. A key difference on the 590s is their magazine tubes open from the front, making cleaning and maintaining them easy.

The 590 7–Shot models have a 6+1 capacity, 18.5” barrels and are available in 12-gauge, 20-gauge and .410-gauge. All have synthetic stocks, but one has a six-position adjustable FLEX buttstock.

The two 590 Retrograde models are 12-gauge. They feature blued barrels and wooden stocks.

The 590 SPX 12-gauge has the aforementioned six-positioned adjustable FLEX buttstock.

The 5+1 590 Thunder Ranch sports a World War I style outlined camo scheme one would have seen on that era’s tanks.

The 590 9-Shot models have an 8+1 capacity and longer 20” barrels. They are available in 12-gauge and 20-gauge but not .410-gauge.

The solitary 590 M-LOK 8+1 12-gauge has a 20” barrel and a handguard slotted with M-LOK attachment points.

The 590 Mariner is also a class of one. It’s an 8+1 12–gauge with a 20” barrel. But the barrel, receiver and magazine tube are all Marinecote (which looks a lot like stainless steel). This contrasts nicely with the black synthetic buttstock and forend.

Mossberg 590 Shockwave models include the 590 Shockwave Shock ‘N Saw, the 590 Shockwave SPX and the expanded magazine longer barreled 590 Shockwave Mag–Fed and 590 Shockwave 7 Shot.

All feature the same overall look and feel, such as the same bird’s head raptor grip, curved trigger, rounded trigger guard, action lock lever and front and rear lug nuts.
